Why can't I see my course?

Here are the usual reasons a course is missing or won't open, and what to do about each one.

You signed in with a different email

Your courses belong to the email address you used when you bought or signed up. If you have more than one email, sign out and sign in with the other one.

Never set a password for that email? Use Forgot your password? with that address to get a link.

You can't change your email from Settings. If you want your course under a different email, ask the course's creator.

You haven't been added yet

The course's creator gives you access, usually when you buy or sign up. It can take a little while to show up. Usually you get an email about the course when it's ready.

If you've waited and it still isn't there, contact the creator.

You're on a different site

Some creators run courses on their own website. A course from one creator won't open on another creator's site, and signing in on one site doesn't sign you in on another.

Use the link in the email you got about the course. It goes to the right site.

Your access ended

If the course's creator ends your access, your course shows Subscription ended in your course list, and the course page says Your access to this course has ended. You can't open its lessons anymore.

Your progress is kept. If the creator gives you access again, you pick up where you left off.

The course isn't open

  • If your course list shows Course unavailable, the course isn't open right now. You can open it once the creator opens it again.
  • If the course page says This course doesn't have any lessons yet, check back later.

A lesson link stopped working

The creator can hide a lesson or a whole section. A link to a hidden lesson shows a "Not Found" page. Go to the course page to see the lessons you can open now.

Still stuck?

Contact the course's creator. They can check your access. See Getting help.
